The Hardest Part After the Interview Process

When you are looking for employment, you have to go through the interviewing process so that you can it can be determined if you are fit for the job. When you are through with the interview, then you have to learn to wait for the response from the hiring department which might take longer than you expected.

It may take days, weeks or even months before you get the complete response from the hiring department depending on how the interview was conducted, this can be very frustrating since you cannot comfortably move with your life since you expect to know if you are going to be employed you do not seek employment from other places.

What it means is that the time to which the position in the company is going to be filled depends on different issues depending on the different operational issues in the company, and you as a prospective candidate only represents a small percentage of the company.

But am sure when you go for the interview you would like to know if you are going to get the job or not so that you can plan ahead on what you are going to do with your life in case you do not get a chance to get the job. Also you do not want to call the company and ask them to tell you if you qualified since you may appear too desperate and that you really want the job.

You can be able to avoid all these ambiguity and curiosity by doing what is expected during the interview process so that you can be able to get a clear picture of what you really want in life.
When you attend the interview, it is expected that at the end of the interview you should be able to request a briefing on the program of what is expected immediately after the interviewing process is over when all the candidates have been interviewed.

If the manager tells you when they anticipate to be through with the interviewing process, then you should be able to give them a minimum of at least seven days to allow them to be completely through with the interviewing process.
If you call after the seven days and you get that they have not arrived to a conclusion, then you can request the hiring manager to tell you if he knows anything more concerning the recruitment process.
